You can pick up your order anytime during our business hours, we will notify you when the order is ready.

Local Order Delivery 

Within 10km radius of our store: free delivery over $69 (before tax)

10km to 20km radius of our store: free delivery over $99 (before tax) 

General Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders over $150 Canadian dollars. 

For orders under $150 Canadian dollars, we charge a flat rate shipping fee:

$10 for orders within Canada

$15 for orders within United States

Sale Item Shipping Policy

An additional flat rate shipping fee will applies to items in the SALE section

$10 for orders within Canada

$15 for orders within United States

Return/Refund

NO returns accepted except for product quality defects. If the products are damaged during shipping/delivery process, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, we will examine the condition and provide exchange or refund.
